Pekerjan di lahan:
Pegawai secara periodik menyemprot sampai 15.400 pohon jati dan poho buah dengan insektisida, herbisida, dan fungisida karena di temukan beberapa ulat bulu yang menyerang daun dan bebepa jamur yang tumbuh di dahan pohon.
Pegawai secara terus menerus membersihkan rumput di sekitar dan pohon pohon yang mengganggu. salah satu pegawai menggunakan mesin pemotong rumput untuk mengerjakannya.
Pegawai juga memotong daun2 muda yang tumbuh dan menyatu yang bisa menghambat pertumbuhan dan juga bertujuan mempercepat pola pertumbuhan dari pohonnya.
Semua pegawai membuat pemisah di sekeliling pohon jati dan buah dengan ukuran 1 m x 1 m.
Salah satu rumah penjaga akan selesai minggu ini dan dua lainnya masih dalam prosess.

kondisi lahan sangat basah karena hujan turu dengan frekuensi yang terus menerus sehingga menyebabkan pertumbuhan pohon dan buah sangat baik.

Kita memberikan sumbangan sebesar Rp. 20.000.000 ke masarakat cibening. Ini untuk memperbaiki jalan di Cibening. dan menambahakan beberapa pondasi batu untuk jalan.

Salah satu penjaga yang bernama Oni sakit selama satu minggu dan yang lainnya baik baik saja.
New Works on Land:
Workers do periodical spraying to 15.400 teak and fruit trees with insecticide, herbicides and fungicide because there are some caterpillar attack teak leaf also found some fungi at teak trees.
Worker is continuing clearing the grasses around teak also fruits trees. One of guardian using grass machine cutter for this clearing.
Worker do cutting of emerging young leaf at new teak tree which planted on December 2007, this addressed to quicken trees growth.
All workers made compartment around teak tree and fruit with size 1 m x 1 m.
One of the new guardians house will be finished this week and another 2 houses still in progress.
General Condition of Land:
Land condition is wet because there are still frequent raining everyday so teak and fruit trees are very good growing.

We gave donation about Rp. 20.000.000 to Cibening societies. This is for improving the road to Cibening village and Cibening societies do working together to install some stones on road.

One of our guardians name is Oni was sick for almost 1 weeks and another are well.

Generally the land condition is in good care.
There has been several shower of rain in the last few weeks and it is good for the nutrition of the plants.
The land guardian and family is well.

General Condition of Land
Condition of the existing soil in Cibening is less friable because the food/ nutrient in the soil incomplete again.
Hence it required fertilization in the early rainy season at this November 2007. If the action of fertilization to add material/ soil nutrient is not done soon, so teak plants or fruits will grow unable to perfect.
Soil being desired by crop is having structure friable; there is pore space which can be filled by ground water and air.
Ground water and air are very importance for growth crop root. This situation hardly race growth of soil microorganism and it is important in process of decay of organic material in soil.
Therefore, to improve this soil structure suggested to be given organic and un-organic fertilizer periodically.

One of our guardian names is Ajat sick and has been brought to hospital to be cured.
Ms. Stacy Kohmetscher sebagai the General Manager of GoldTeak menyempatkan diri mengunjungi GoldTeak Pilot Project II di Cibening. sembari mengechek kondisi umum dari lahan dan pohon jati, juga memberikan sumbangan buku dan alat alat belajar untuk sekolah lokal.
Petrolink yang menyatakan diri sebagai perusahaan pertama yang menerapkan system karbon credit di dunia turut berpartisifasi dalam dalam event hari ini. Para karyawan ikut berpartisifasi ikut menanam pohon jati baru.
