Learning at home is still continuing, the students of SD Cibeureum are still not studying at school. Every day they study at home alone or with their siblings. Sometimes the mother also accompanies them. Twice a week they study online, through their cellphones, but not all students have cellphone, so they have to study together with their friends who have one.
It has been almost half a year for the students have to study independently at home, but they also have to start the new habits. During Covid-19 pandemic, they have to be aware of their health, they have to wash hands frequently and wear cotton mask or plastic mask and keep distancing when they meet people, also they have to avoid the crowds. Previously the students were given masks made of cloth, so the masks could be washed and reused the next day.
This time PT Goldteak donated plastic masks or face shields for the students. Plastic mask is used to cover the face from forehead to chin and it is to protect the eyes, nose and mouth from possible exposure to aerosols or droplets / splashes containing viruses in the air.
When the students wear the plastic mask, they can protect themselves from Covid-19 transmission. But the most important thing is now students aware to their health with new habit; washing hands frequently, not touching face with dirty hands, and keeping distance when they meet friends or other people. The students should take care the masks, clean or wash the masks before used.
