Since the Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak began, the government gave instructions to all schools in Indonesia, students should study at home. The school closes and will reopen when the outbreak has subsided and things are back to normal.
The teachers are very busy preparing the lessons to be given to students, so they can study independently in their homes. Before this situation happened, the students are also accustomed to independent learning, because of the limited number of teachers. Students are used to learning to take turns in class or on the school porch.
Now they study at home every day, they start studying like they study at school, start studying since morning and finish at noon. But this time there were no teachers, only their mothers or their siblings. Studying at home is like studying during school holidays, not hearing the school bell, not wearing uniforms & shoes and there are no lines lined up before entering class.
All students and teachers hope that the Covid-19 outbreak will soon end and they can learn again at school. Almost all students use maskers when they leave home.
